It was an honour to have my short doc East Side Till the Grave premiere at FIN: The Atlantic Film Fest this September in Halifax.

For Bronwen and I as young filmmakers, being a part of the film festival and getting exposure to the industry is incredibly important to us. It was an exciting weekend of attending screenings and meeting other producers and directors.

I was also privileged to be able to attend Strategic Partners in advance of FIN as part of the CMPA (Canadian Media Producers Association) & Telefilm Canada Marketing Mentorship program through Ocean Entertainment.

It was an exciting weekend of meeting established producers from around the world and learning more about the television industry.
