This summer I marked the start of my freelancing career! My first article in Halifax’s weekly paper The Coast came out in early June.

I had to wonderful opportunity to talk with Halifax’s only female rickshaw puller, Frietzen Kenter. She had a lot to say about why she loves her job and how it inspired her to get into the best shape she’s ever been.

“I wanted to do it so bad, and I’ve never seen a female do it, but I wasn’t at the fitness level,” Kenter says.
